What started in their garage grew, referral by referral, into the storefront on Los Alamitos Boulevard you can visit today. Along the way the name got friendlier — OC Floor Guy — but the promise stayed exactly where it started: great floors, done right.
You will still find Jim on job sites and Paulette helping customers match samples to their light, their pets, and their budget. That is not a marketing line; it is just how a family business works.
